Returns & cancellation policy

We, www.pumps4mums.co.uk, want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We do not supply goods on 'approval', however, things can and do go wrong, therefore there may be circumstances where it is necessary to return the goods to us or cancel your order.

If you have made an error and wish to cancel your order, please call 01922 458 244 immediately. We will respond to messages left if we are unable to answer the telephone straight away.

If your order has been despatched/received, and you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please contact us in writing by letter or email to info@pumps4mums.co.uk. Notification must reach us within 14 days of receipt.

Due to a number of fraudulent credit card payment reversals, we reserve the right refuse delivery of any returned goods unless we have been notified of your intention to return.

Our business is bound by the Sale of Goods Act and current UK/EU Distance Selling regulations. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Our 14-day returns guarantee (double that which is required by law) means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. The majority of our products are personal care items or are supplied sterile and must be returned in original unopened condition in order to be considered for refund.

If the item has already been despatched, responsibility for return shipping costs (in the event of a 'change of mind') remains with the buyer.

Of course, if we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item within the warranty period, we will endeavour to rectify the problem at our expense as quickly as humanly possible.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
