3D Secure, MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by VISA

Created by the card payments industry, 3-D Secure is a security feature which ensures that payments using certain credit and debit cards are authenticated by the card holder with their bank at the time of the transaction. 3-D Secure is the common name for the technology behind MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) and Verified by Visa.

Some cardholders who are not yet enrolled may be prompted to do so during the checkout process.

Please note that in order for your payment to be sent successfully, your delivery name must match the name printed on the credit/debit card, and the delivery address must match the cardholder address held with the card issuer.

If using a debit card with a single digit issue number (for example, '3'), please ensure that the number is entered with a leading zero (in this example '03'). Entering the number as a single digit will result in the card being rejected.

PayPal

Our company is PayPal verified and we hold a PayPal business account.

PayPal account holders may fund their purchase from their PayPal account. Please ensure that the credit or debit card registered with PayPal has not changed or expired, since that will cause the payment transfer to fail.

BACS

We accept BACS as a payment method from Hospital Trusts and Clinics. Our bank account details will be forwarded upon receipt of an official order.

Our prices are displayed in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) including VAT @ 17.5%.

Payment is made in United Kingdom Pounds.

An approximation (normally within a few Cents) of prices in Euro (EUR) and United States Dollars (USD) is displayed in the 'basket' and 'checkout' pages of our shopping cart.

The VAT element (approx. 14.89% of the VAT inclusive prices displayed on our product pages) is removed from the shopping cart totals when the purchaser's delivery address is set to outside of the European Union.
