How it works

The two funnels are positioned on the breasts so that the nipples lie inside the tunnels which join to the collection set heads.

To initiate the 'let-down' or release of milk, the pump operates at approx. 120 cycles per minute and low vacuum setting for around two minutes. The pump then reduces the cycle and increases vacuum automatically for maximum milk extraction.

While in the Expression Phase, you can separately adjust both the six speed (range 40-60 cycles per minute) and eight suction settings. Choose the setting that is most comfortable for you and results in the greatest milk yield.

Some mums are able to achieve a second or third let-down during their pumping session. This pump reverts to let-down mode with just one touch of the Quick-Change button.
